The ChRI Cabinet of Ministers

In the name of Allah, Gracious and Merciful!
Invoking the ChRI Parliamentary Resolution number 7-B and on the basis of articles 78 and 81 of the ChRI Constitution, the ChRI Cabinet of Ministers decrees:
1. To appoint R.Zelemkhanov to the post of the the ChRI Minister of Culture, Education and Science.
2. To entrust the State Minister Ya.Abdullaev with the supervision of the execution of this decree.
3. The decree enters into force upon signature.
