The ChRI Government supports the statement by the Chairman of the Sharia Committee Farouk Khasukhanov about the organization of an independent Commission to look into the controversies over the proclamation of the Caucasus Emirate. The ChRI Government is ready to cooperate with the Commission in any format and welcomes any initiative aimed at the consolidation of the Chechen society and the Resistance Forces.
The ChRI Government is happy to have a dialogue with any movement or force in the Chechen society but categorically refuses to discuss the ChRI sovereignty and the Chechen people’s natural right to state independence.
