Abdallakh Shamil Abu -Idris: "we gained strategic victory"

The first vice- premier of CHRI government, the head of the military committee Majlisul Schur of CHRI, military Amir of the mujahadeen of the Caucasus - Abdallakh Shamil Abu -Idris gave the exclusive interview for agency "Caucasus- center", in which were touch uponed recent events in Kabardino-Balkari, and also the situation in the Caucasus.
Moscow and local marionette authorities actively attempt to impose their version of events in Nalchik. The most different reasons for that occurred are given in the Russian and western press: from uprising of Moslems to finalizing of the money of "international terrorists". What were the purposes and tasks of the assault operation in Nalchik on 13 October?

AlkhamduliLlakh, by the favor of Allah, the mujahadeen of Caucasian Front conducted assault operation in Nalchik against the Russian occupiers and their hangers-on national - traitors.
The purpose of this operation was inflicting an impact according to the enemy. This really was partly and uprising the Moslems of KBR for the release of Nalchik from kafirs and munafiks, which brought thus far the neoimperial, satanic policy of Rusni.
Two years ago I was in Kabardino-Balkari and I did not find then mutual understanding in the majority of the Moslems of KBR, but they themselves called me in this spring.
By the main reaching of this operation was realized the fulfillment of their Islamic debt Moslems KBR (Fard of -yayn) before the Most High, the performance of the responsibility to conduct jihad for their faith, freedom and honor.
Special pained reaction in the Kremlin causes the fact that in the assault operation in the city participated the local residents, who, as all this time was asserted, were loyal to Moscow. Many commentators, in this connection, speak about strategy of the expansion of war, which is undertaken the armament with Chechen management. Others assert that the expansion of war bears objective nature and does not depend on the desire of Moscow or Jokhar. What extent are accurate such estimations to?
We have accepted the strategy of the expansion of Jihad at large Majlis in 2002 and, AlkhamduliLlakh, it is successfully realized. In this matter we also are greatly helped by the management of Rusni and their local marionettes.
That they did not say in the words, and whatever labels hung up on us, they by their matters show that the war is conducted not against the freedom of Chechens, but against all Moslems of Rusni.
Moslems do not have a freedom of religion, mosques are destroyed and are shut, they undergo mockeries and tortures for the fact that they bear the beards, do not drink alcoholic and do not smoke. Even pregnant Moslems are thrashed for the fact that they bear shawl and modestly dress.
Militant Satanists, headed by horned Putin, guide today in Rusne BAL, and in the advance guard it is located by RPTS, the churches, which serve as resident of FSB and GRU.
Management of RPTS refers the same to Christianity as assigned the Kremlin muftins to Islam. Therefore, in this autumn, at the session of Majlis of Caucasian Front in the city Cherkessk was accepted the solution to recognize RPTS by the extremist organization, which goes in the advance guard of the colonial imperial policy of Rusni and forbid its activity in the Caucasus to the end of war, and the curtailment RPTS of its extremist activity.
Thus far the expansion of war bears subjective nature and, until, it depends on the desire of Jokhar and Moscow. Rusni has chance to stop war, until we go to the Volga, which, by the way, is planned to the summer of 2006.
A question of the losses of sides and quantity of mujahadeen, which stormed military targets in the city, stands by separate theme. Moscow and local marionette authorities assert that in the course in Nalchik was combat killed from 70 to 90 mujahadeen. They evaluate their own losses into 35 soldiers and militiamen. At the same time the loss of innocent civilians into 14 people. Nevertheless, many inhabitants of Nalchik declare, that the special services attempt to give out the killed innocent civilians as the mujahadeen. Are there the final numbers of losses in the command of the mujahadeen?
In this assault operation from our side participated 217 mujahadeen and the 150 additional mujahadeen, which had to overlap basic cross-roads in the center of Nalchik, we could not begin to operate. We did not have time to leave them into the city from the side to Kashkhat, since because of that discovered early in the morning on 13 October one of our group overlapped the roads by kafirs and munafiks through Khasan and White Creek, and we could not send machine after them.
Our killed losses compose 37 mujahadeen. Four mujahadeen, which earlier were considered as killed, they were founded alive. Losses of kafirs and munafiks - "one-and-a-half killed and one too easily wounded". (According to the data of the staff of Caucasian Front the total losses of enemy by those killed and injured comprised more than 300 people. "KTS")
And what are concerned peaceful citizens, it's indeed no secret to anyone, that the primary structures of Rusni have a concrete plan with respect to the detention of the mujahadeen. In Chechnya, for example, if whatever occupational primary structure during the week detains or kills one mujahadeen, then the parts of the increase to the wage deprive them. Therefore, there is nothing surprising in the fact that there there are so many "killed and delayed fighters" in Nalhik.
Even for this reason, they from my name declare any "fiery years", (although I did not make such statements) and then "successfully prevent" them.
Certainly, tactically, we were defeated in this operation, since we could not achieve the stated goal. But strategically, this is large victory for us, even if all 400 mujahadeen would perish, taking part in this operation.
In this connection, to be understandable to our opponents, it is possible to give Spartans tsar Leonid's words, said to them to its enemies in the battle with Fermopilakh: "we lost battle, but you lost war".

The formation of Caucasian Front at first was perceived skeptically. The majorities of commentators in Russia spoke about the "propaganda of fighters" and asserted that the mujahadeen do not have forces to the serious military operations. Today such assertions are not more audibly. In the press increasingly more frequently are assigned by another question - what is Caucasian Front? Is not its formation the sign of a radical strategy change of the mujahadeen in the Caucasus? What’s the vector of this strategy?
To the formation during May of this year of Caucasian Front all related with the distrust practically, who wasn’t actually familiar with the situation on the spot. Some our "well-wishers" said that the sheik Abdul-Khalim was absorbed in by virtual war. Even Babitsks distrustful smirked, when I said to them that I have conducted Majlis in Nalchik, where Caucasian Front was formed and along the way of home I nearly t sank with the passage through the Terek.
But we war not in order to someone something to prove, or to show. We work, by the favor of Allah, realizing our plans, without being distracted to any screeches.
Caucasian front - this structural subdivision of VS CHRI and its formation is not the sign of a radical strategy change of the mujahadeen in the Caucasus. It is simple - This is the sequential Stage of the expansion of Jihad.
To a strategy change can be attributed the recent solution of Majlis of Caucasian Front to destroy colonists, who collaborate with the occupational structures of Rusni, in the entire territory of the Caucasus.
And what concerns to a radical strategy change, in this plan in the Moslems of the Caucasus is manifested increasingly more strongly feeling of the need for the association of its efforts for the release from the colonial imperial oppression of Rusni. And more and more Moslems raises a question about the proclamation of the united imam of entire Caucasus. Although, already today the sheik Abdul-Khalim is actually the imam of the Caucasus, since the mujahadeen of entire Caucasus swore to him to the faithfulness. We plan to conduct large unifying Majlis on this question in the spring of 2006, and also regarding the formation of Schurs Alimov of the Caucasus.
What the military situation in Chechnya?
I left Nalchik at night on 15 October and after this visited Osetia, Ingushetii and in Chechnya. I was encountered with Amirami of the majority of sectors, visited many bases of the mujahadeen, and I remained contented by their preparation for the winter. I was conducted week in the mountains with Dokk Umarov, I rested well at himt, and was also conducted at him majlis of southwestern Front with the participation of amirs of the Ingush and Ossetian sectors of Caucasian Front, which I brought with itself in guests to Dokke. On this Majlis we discussed some organizational questions.
After this, I passed through many sectors of eastern Front, met there with my naib amir Nurdin and Amirams of several sectors.
By the favor of Allah, everywhere situation is good, all subdivisions successfully passed for the winter period.
After this, I met with our supreme amir Sheikh Abdul-Khalim and reported to him about the overall situation on whole Caucasus. We in the week discussed with him and coordinated the plans of actions in 2006.
Also we decided not to turn special attention at play by the name "parliamentary elections in Chechnya", since, as our mujahadeen speak: "suckling-pigs grunt - jihad goes".
In the period of conducting this play I was in Jokhar and saw the so-called voting, on the desert streets of city.
When I was in Jokhar at that time, they overlapped the center of city, indicating that will go Nurgaliev to reward munafiks "for the successful conducting" of this play.
Philologists separate enormous money and supplies for the encouragement and retention of munafiks on the leash, hang by them to the breast different trinkets in the form of crosses by the name "order of marriage". And munafiks are glad to their marriage and hypocritically say: "these are not cross, but plus".
We for the first time clearly saw in Nalchik, to what extent was Rusnia weak and vulnerable, when they observed how philologists in the urgent order start troops into the city, tightening them from entire Rusni, and their nevertheless does not be sufficient to them.
Specifically, by the Rusni’s weakness and fear before the mujahadeen is explained the assumed hardness of Putin, and precisely by this are explained those cruelties and outrages that create the philologists and their hangers-on in the Caucasus.
But what they did not make, everything will be vainly for them, InshaAllah! The mujahadeen everywhere successfully beat enemy, and they will destroy them before the complete victory.
Jihad is enlarged, and we experience in this case difficulties only in the financial guarantee and information illumination of our Jihad. But also these questions we, InshaAllakh, will solve to the spring.
And lets Allah will help us on its direct method!
